Cruising – Trans Atlantic & World Cruise

Unfortunately, we had to cancel both of these cruises, so will be unable to post daily reports from the amazing Viking Neptune.

Hoping to resume our cruising and RV’ing lifestyle next Summer and Autumn.

  1. Kristal & I certainly know the pain of having to cancel an around the world adventure. So, our hope for you is that your global plans rise like a phoenix from what is certainly a major let down. We have one world trip under our belts. Orbit number 2 was supposed to be for our 30th Wedding Anniversary in… You guessed it… 2020. It all fell to pieces. But our 2nd global adventure starts in a few month and God willing, will be 5 months long. Borrowing from your play book, we’re hoping to do daily blog postings as we go. Again, a speedy return to YOUR Worldwide Travels!

    • I just wanted to circle back to say, I originally found you because I was using the search term Trans Atlantic, which we will be doing next Spring. But I’ve now seen your splash page. And Wow! You’ll find us also towing a 5th wheel when we’re not trying to leave the continent. Please consider having a look at our website, http://www.scottnkristal.com . You’ll find a beautiful Ram 3500 and a 38′ Solitude. We can’t claim 240 countries. But next year will tip us over 60. Anyway, the parallels fascinated me. We used to make regular pilgrimages to The Adventurer’s Club in Lake Buena Vista… And we took the Club Creed seriously! Oh, P.S. Still Dreaming of Retirement

  3. Hi Andy & Judi, We have never met, but Terry and I have been following your blog since we disembarked the World Cruise in Bali due to the Covid problem.  We were looking forward to meeting you on the Neptune in January when we try again. I trust that whatever has prompted this change will be temporary and that you will be able to resume your travel adventures soon.  We thank God for each trip that he allows us to take and every individual that we are privileged to meet.   Thanks for the insight your blog provided into the portion of the “Mystery Cruise” that we regret we did not take. Blessings,Dave Monaghan
